This adorable little girl is Miss.Blue. She was drawn is a couple of different variations. There are various cards with this character on them, but not all of them are drawn by Barbi Sargent. Other artists drew Barbi's character for cards as well. You can hardly tell the difference. I have included Barbi's Miss. Blue then below are some Non-Barbi Miss. Blue so you can compare. This is such a lovely character indeed!
