After waiting a long long time for something beautiful to show up in the Ephemera Berry World, this amazing Vintage Strawberry Shortcake Stationery Set suddenly showed up.
I was so happy to be at the right place at the right time and actually be able to afford it. It came complete with the original box. It may have come also with a ribbon around it , but I am not certain. This one is really that rare. There aren't a lot of pictures of this stationery set out there. Much less even of these decorated sheets. This is the first time I ever have seen these for sale at all in all my years collecting Strawberry Shortcake. That's over 24 years, Maybe others have, but I personally have not. This set is so amazing.
It contains:
18 lightly textured stationery decorated sheets
18 lightly textured stationery decorated blank sheets
18 light pink envelopes with an embossed rose on the flaps center. Edge on flaps has small scallops at the edge.
The decorated sheets have a scalloped edge framing the whole sheet in pink with pink dots at each scallop.Then an adorable image of Strawberry Shortcake holding her dear pet Custard and Pupcake peeking out behind them. It is copy written nextto them directly on the sheets, AGC. Then the lovely envelopes have matching scallops on the edge of the folding flaps. The original box is card board and has a plastic lid with a molded American Greetings Logo on it then a larger trade Mark rose. This set is amazing and I am so happy to share it with you today. This is one of the happiest mails I have gotten in a bit ! I hope you love it as much as I do !!
