This is a Strawberry Shortcake plastic translucent/ clearish folder from Japan. I was made back in 2011. It features many of the adorable pets from the Party Pleasers line. It shows Cookie Jar, CPLG, American Greetings, and Sony Creative Productions Inc. in the licensing information on the back. It opens up and has 2 sides pockets to hold your papers. One of the pockets has Sugar woofer on it in a unfamiliar style of art but still cute. On the back it has Lem -n- Ada with Sugar Woofer. I have a few more of these to share soon !
