You would need to watch the 30 minute specials each day at 4:30 PM on Channel 31 from October .24, 1983 through October .28 ,1983. Then you needed to fill in the entry for with the answers to each question answered correctly. Each one of the 5 shows throughout the TV Fun Festival would have the answers to the questions if you paid attention to the show.
