I have the Invitation version of this card. It is much smaller and reads " I'm having a Birthday Party!". I had no idea that there was a Birthday Card version of this beauty. The Birthday card is to a little girl....who is Sugar and Spice and everything nice ! It is embossed and die-cut. The invitation version is not embossed. The Birthday version is from 1980
