This time I ended up with the French version again of Almond Tea. I had already purchased the Tarta De Fresa version of the magazine by itself prior to the doll, so I uploaded the images of that one. Unfortunately I received a damaged magazine of the French version( I gave it to my daughter who begged me for it, hee hee). There is one image of it in the first picture below.If I can fix it up a bit I will share it.If not I will wait to buy a nicer one later to share. Her name is "Amandine". The Spanish version of her is called "Te de Almendra".
I think this doll is very cute and a well made doll. Her hair is very straight and lovely. I'm very picky about the face being stamped on centered. It can never be perfect enough, but this one is better than most. Even my original Almond Tea Party Pleaser pictured below has the face stamped off center. They really need to fix that issue with all the advancements we have in technology people!!. The outfits are made very similar to the original down to the fabrics. This one, as all the others in this club series, comes with the magazine and a cute card. I have added those here as well. There are a few side by sides also with the original Party Pleaser next to the Altaya version. Unfortunately, I do not have all of the Party Pleaser original dolls in boxes yet. I will need to take those pics one day when I do. Just another reason I need to have them now, LOL. I currently only own Peach Blush and Plum Puddin' Party Pleaser dolls.The new doll smells AMAZING!! Enjoy :)...
