I have the USA version of this card. This one is likely from Canada.
It features Lime Chiffon with her dearest pet Parrot Parfait.
The card reads as follows:

This vintage card was made by Rust Craft.
The U.S. version is die cut slightly different than this one and the messages
are entirely different. The U. S. version has a sweet thinking of you type greeting
and the French one is a Holiday card although it does not at all look like one by the
image. Both cards are die cut and embossed.
